Cj Jaushlin is the Founder and Drill Master of The Infamous Marchin' White Tigers Drill Team. Founded on September 14, 2004 at the age of 16 years old making him the Youngest successful Drill Team Leader in the Midwest. His has won awards such as The Kansas Youth Ambassidor, 40 Under 40 Nominee, Most Community Service of the Year,& many more. His inspiree's are Mrs.Jay Nash mother, Daniel Roberson godfather,Miss Dana Green team president,    Ms.Shawkina Dawkins Kc Falcons Director, Mr. Willie A. Smith Kc Marching Cobras, Mrs. Tammy Scott Kc Pal Wildcats, Ms. Laveta Davis Gateway Highsteppers.

Carlton Zeries Jamal Jaushlin,"Cj Slim" was born May 22, 1988 to Mr. Billy G. Baker & Mrs. Jay Nash in Lubbock, Texas. His Brothers are as follows from Yougest to Oldest Denzel, Antonio,Cliff,Julian,Armel,Omar,Justin,Micheal.

Sisters Youngest to Oldest Shifon,Aujenea,Tessa,Spechelle,Icelyn,Tamara,Ama,Tajahia, Brittant,Tempestt,Michelle,Shaquinta,Kayla,Shanika,Trika, Jamess,Ronda.

Cj is considerd as an Youth role modle and because of his age and talent he is well respected by adults and youth in the community,city,state and other states. He belives in "keepin it real" as he would say.

He attends Wichita South High School, he is currently on the honor roll, for three years in rool. He is the Vice President of Amanza, Homecoming Prince,Key Stone Club President, Hip Ho team Choreyographer.
